The hotel is standard enough for a generic Doubletree, but it is lacking in the following:
1. A front desk with sufficient numbers of staff to meet the demand of arriving guests.
2. An understanding of the security on various doors in the building (the back door of the building - where you park - didn't work with the room keys after 8pm).
3. A coherent policy regarding noise from trucks in the back parking lot (where half of the guest rooms face). All night long various trucks went on and off in the lot, making for disrupted sleep. Given that you go to a hotel usually to sleep, this was a disappointment.
4. A sense of hospitality from the hotel staff. When we had issues trying to check in (the reservation name was spelled incorrectly) and when I complained about the noise from the trucks, the front desk staff met me with blank stares and no apology.
Stay here if you want a generic and awake experience.
