I've been visiting the Muse for years. It's a great place to see a band that might just be passing through town.
It's not a big place, but that's what I enjoy about it. Concerts are intimate and you can actually see the performers faces without the need for a video screen.
When I was involved in the local LGBT pride celebration, I also helped a few artists get booked up here, (Steff Mahan, for example - who is still a friend to this date).
Aside from the venue whose acoustics are great, the drink prices are reasonable. The cover depends on the artists performing. The only downside is parking but this is NoDa. You have that problem anywhere in NoDa.
