  • dont not make the same mistake we did. beware beware and beware. i don't even know where to start. parking is horrible the walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors use of bathroom and conversations. management is even worst. they have new employees every month which they don't even know whats going on. brent the manager is even worst he tells you one thing and says you told you another. make sure tou write everything down and make copies of everything you give them. moving out worst experience ever. got the around just to getting my deposit back. overall you dont want to spend $1200 a month for a one bedroom 700sq apt that you share with ramdoms because you can even hear a potato chip drop from your neighbors. brent is a piece of turd and a scammer. stay away from this apartment and any other owned by greystar and managed by brent. only thing nice about this apt is the color or the buildings. nothing luxury inside your apt.
