  • Did my one year service here in March. It was terrible. Service was terrible. They said they would call within two weeks. I ended up calling back 4 weeks later to see what was up. They said the bike was ready and nobody had called yet. Picking the bike up, I found the work didn't get done. The brakes were still loose and the bike was pretty much in the condition I had brought it in. Wasted over $100 on these guys. I'll never go back and it won't matter because they're really popular for some reason.
