This is the WORST experience I have EVER had in my life. I'm currently traveling from San Diego to Pittsburgh. I was supposed to arrive in Las Vegas at 4:00 am. We didn't arrive until 8:00 am. I was supposed to have a one hour layover in Las Vegas. It has turned into six hours and the bus we're supposed to catch is still at least two hours away. I'm supposed to be in PA in 2 days and 10 hours. I'm barely out of Cali and it's already been 24 hours. I'm not sure if I'll even make it home at this rate. On top of this terrible experience, the employees at every station have been rude and unhelpful. The employees communication skills are awful. I've heard it's not my job WAY to many times. Who's job is it to take care of paying customers!?
