  • I lived at CPM last year and the apartment was trash. When we moved in, there were no window screens, the door frame in one of the bedrooms was broken.The desk chair was broken. It was so dirty and there was so much dust. When we moved out, it was in much better condition than when we got it. They deducted a lot of money from our deposit for carpet cleaning, apartment cleaning and for things that were broken before we got there and we put on our move in form. The maintenance was not up to par. It would take them months to fix things. In the winter our furnace was broken and it took more than two days to fix it. The temperature dropped to 48 F and they kept telling us that someone would come out to fix it when we called. When the maintenance people came to fix a leaking facet, they caused a flood and shut off the water to our apartment. We had to wait 7 hours and call emergency maintenance 6 times before someone came back to turn our water on.
