Yep, things have changed! The new design in the buffet area is really hard to understand. There is a massive hallway in the middle of the dining area that is not used, from what we could see. The food is now distributed all along the back rather than utilizing cold tables just to the fore of hot service. It was so convenient. We both picked two different eggs Benedict for breakfast that were supposedly on steam tables in terrines, which looked warm and savory. They were both cold and awful. Neither one of us could eat them. So wasteful. Waiting for a table was also long and weary, even though the number of people was about 20. I wish I could give our once-favorite buffet a good rating. We've gone to the Orleans for years!
