  • If I could give negative stars on yelp I would. This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There is never more than one person at the registers, no matter how many people are in line to check out. All while there are employees standing in a circle talking and not helping any customers. I've gone to this store multiple times due to it being close to my house but after today I will never be back. I will only be going to Sephora from now on. I was standing in line for almost 10 minutes as 3 employees looked at me but kept talking amongst each other about their plans for the weekend. I ended up leaving all my cosmetics at the counter, walked out, and drove straight to the nearest Sephora.
