  • I came here a aesthetic meeting a few months ago and I have to say that this hotel has one of the best customers service off the strip. They are different than other hotels because they are dog friendly. They are a very family friendly hotel because they don't have casinos in the hotel, and tons of drunk people etc. This is a very quite and peaceful hotel. The food is reasonably priced and the quality of the food is quite good. I was very impressed with their customer service because I had left my jacket by accident in the hotel and when I arrived home I realized that I didn't have my jacket. I called the hotel the following the day, and they held my jacket for a month. When I came back to Vegas, they returned my jacket and was really nice to me as well. I was very impressed with everyone that I encountered. If I am in the area I will try to stay a night or two at this hotel the next time I am in town.
