  • Typically my family and I loveeeee Cold Stone. However we were super disappointed when we tried this particular location. We found a hair in our sample... When we pointed it out to the employee the employee stated out loud, "Oh, how funny! All our ice cream makers/packers wear hair nets"! Took the spoon from me, threw it away and then gave me another sample. The entire family ordered a like it of the Birthday Cake Re-Mix, which is typically delicious! Today however it just didn't hit the mark! The cream had ice chunks in it! The brownies tasted stale! None of the four ordered like it's had the same amount of cream inside them! One was hardly filled... Almost as if to say the worker was too lazy to mix another one when he realized he hadn't mixed enough to fill all four cups! What a sad experience. I won't be returning to this location again!
