Wow I'm actually shocked at the service from the Valet here. First off its the end of March and the weather is windy and super cold. We came out to valet to wait for our car to find all the heaters turned off. I approached the valet window and asked if they could be turned on. The women Amber working the booth said sorry the heaters were turned off for the season. I said can I ask why, it's especially cold tonight and we've been waiting for already 8 minutes for our vehicle. Amber responded with well it was 95 out last week and if you have an issue with it you can go inside and speak with the hotel manager. I explained I didn't have time to do that and Amber said well it's not really her problem. I find it absolutely ridiculous that the 3 small heaters can't easily be turned on and off with a switch and that they are turned off for the entire season once temps reach a certain point for 1 night!?!?!? I can relate to this kind of service from a lower standard hotel but you think the Paris would want to keep its guests happy and comfortable. Does turning off those electric heaters really save you that much money?? Sadly dissapointed with the costumer service received by Amber and the pettiness of Hotel Paris trying to save a few bucks.
