  • Rather happy with the service here: fast, friendly and careful with my iPhone 5S. Not sure how they handle so many walk-ins, but they delivered on-time and I was pleased with the overall experience. Moving forward, while knocking on wood, I will bring my repairs to this location, despite it being well out of the way - it's totally worth it for customer service alone. I had a related incident at the 2109 Yonge which I still haven't shaken off and plan to take action. I broke the glass, they fixed it quickly, but selfie-camera wasn't working, which they later fixed, but then battery was draining seriously fast, which they couldn't fix. I asked for my money back and the response was offensive. I then discovered the main camera was not working well, didn't want to go back, which prompted me to see Lindsay at College. Should have gone their first...!
