  • The level of professionalism here is abysmal. The staff for the most part are great however their leadership is my biggest concern. On multiple occasions I have heard the staff complaining about not having the necessary tools to do their jobs, as well as being paid late or short. As any good business owner knows this will effect moral and you start seeing a high turnover rate in your staff which is happening at this center. I have had many discussions with the owner Zaza Wright and can tell that she is not ready or capable of running a business of this size. Even more frightening is the fact that I have overheard parents talking about neglect and even abuse. When I asked Zaza about it my questions where brushed off and she went on with her day. Not to mention my payment checks are deposited at Zaza's leisure and by this I mean around a month after I've given her a check. We are only here out of desparation and we are pulling our kids out at the first opportunity we get and will be moving them to a daycare center that actually has some level of professionalism and cares for the kids and not just the money.
