  • Heading into Savile Lane today was an absolutely fantastic experience! My fiance has been looking for just the right suit for our wedding. He has not found it and was going to resort to very cheap, online, custom suits...which seemed a little shady. I did some searching and found Savile Lane, right down the road from us. We walked in and Cindy and Justice were working hard on tie organization. They greeted us very warmly and were super friendly from the start. When we told them we were there for a wedding suit, they congratulated us. When we told them we had a budget in mind, they did not push or pressure us. In fact, there was a color in more expensive fabric that might've suited our tastes better, but they did not even try to coax us into that direction, instead making us feel totally comfortable with our budget. While Cindy measured my fiance, she and I talked up a storm. She is so warm and friendly and awesome. After the measurements were finished, she had my fiance try on some garments so she and Justice could see how things hung on him and go from there. We walked away with his suit ordered and just feeling like we made the best decision ever. While Cindy and I were talking, she explained that there business is all about building relationships and I definitely felt that from her. I wish I could order every article of clothing from Savile Lane and always receive such wonderful treatment!
