I recently had a laptop go bad on me. I went in to Tech Mail after reading the reviews. After having a similar problem w/ a past laptop I assumed the motherboard in my current one was bad. The Tech Mail associate diagnosed it and confirmed that the motherboard was the issue. He told me it would be cheaper to get a new computer than to get this one fixed. He also told me that if I wanted they could recover files from the crashed computer, but he wasn't pushy about it. Overall the employees in this store all acted very professional and knowledgeable, and what I loved the most is that they didn't try to sell me anything. If I have any issued w/ computers in the future I'll go back to them w/ confidence. Great business and great staff.
