Did a re loan and I had the worse customer service with Alexandria. I spent the whole morning into this afternoon trying to finalize my loan. If I had my way I would've gone into the store but now they don't open on sundays. Everything has gone bad with her from start to finish until Michelle intervened and I got my documents and signed them in less then five mins. Alexandria portrays bad customer service. She was suppose to get back to me yesterday and never did. I HAD TO CALL THIS MORNING to finalize. Only to find out she approved me for the less of the amount I normally do. Then she asked me to fax in my pay stub. Which I did yesterday then was told she would call me back and never did. So she puts me on hold and comes back to tell me the pay stub wasn't good enough. Which I know for a fact it was. I have been a customer for a while to know that. So she puts me on hold again then comes back and tell me yes I am approved for the amount I requested. Okay... at this point I'm annoyed but okay.... then she emails me twice the documents to sign and I don't receive. All this time I have been doing business with Cash Factory this hasn't happen to me. I would receive the docs promptly and sign and all is good. So at this point I'm pissed, annoyed and very upset. Third call... Michelle intervened and I tell her my dilemma. She was so nice and said okay... lets try another way to get the docs to you to sign. And lo and behold!!! I finally got the docs to sign. Took me 4 hours to finalize this loan. Not happy. thank you Michelle for your intervention and excellent customer service. It's excellent you knew other options to get my docs to me to sign. Then repeating the same way when it wasn't working
