| - I've been visiting CSA at least once a month for the past year or so as both a range member and as a customer of the retail store. The range is always clean, well lit, well ventilated, and well staffed. They have a wide variety of rental guns in a plethora of styles and calibers. The staff is knowledgable, friendly, safety-oriented, and always willing to help with any questions. Range prices seem to be on par with other high quality indoor ranges in the area. This is my go-to indoor shooting location and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
As far as the retail side is concerned: the store is always well stocked and well staffed. The staff is probably the best thing this store has going for it. They have employees from all different backgrounds (men, women, ex-military, competition shooters, gunsmiths, big game hunters, tactical gurus, spanish speaking ,etc.). There's a very good chance someone working will have expertise in the firearm, accessory, or ammo you are looking for. My only knock on CSA is that I have yet to see a price on a firearm at CSA that I can't beat elsewhere locally. It's also silly that in many instances you can order a firearm from their website and have it shipped to the store and pay a small processing fee but save about $50 off of their in-store sticker price but they won't honor the website prices for an off the shelf firearm.
tl;dr - friendly & knowledgable staff, great range, reasonable prices on ammo & accessories, HOWEVER I have never purchased a firearm here due to higher prices compared to other area stores (pro tip: go see Matt at The Arms Room)
