We go here pretty often and it was always a little spotty but a change from going to Starbucks all the time. This spring there was a new owner who was there all the time and the service improved a lot but now it has supposedly gone back to the original owners and now the service is terrible! A very young guy at the counter took our order and then decides to clean the coffee machine for 10 minutes instead of making the coffee. The time before this, there were problems with menu items not being available. Whoever owns the joint needs to get his staff some serious customer service training and some supervision.
