  • everything was so positive when they got me to sign up yesterday with a two-year commitment. The first class I was going to attend was canceled when I asked if it was the norm that classes are canceled they said no. Now that I am back for my appointment with a personal fitness trainer; He is 10 minutes late when I asked for him at the desk it was two minutes before my appointment time and the guy said he would be here. now it's 12 minutes later and he's 10 minutes late and no one has said anything to me.
