  • So bad, I hate to waste my time reviewing them. Lost half our order, couldn't find it with any of my information (name, number, etc). Only after I miraculously found the tickets were they able to locate the items - before that, it was "too bad". After that, it was "you need to pick your stuff up sooner". Totally bizarre.
