  • i do like this ice cream place and consider it my staple in cle(close and great place to hangout). they let you sample as many flavors as you want and are VERY kind about it which is something you dont see in many ice cream stores. i also really like the quality of the ice cream. if you prefer ice cream that is thicker in texture, doesnt melt as easily, and isnt as watery as some other ice cream places that make a lighter textured ice cream, then mitchells is most definitely a decent choice. im pretty picky in terms of quality when it comes to fruity flavors(cause ice cream shops that have fruity flavors are usually kinda watery and melt easily), and they make great fruit flavors like the strawberry one(which ive only found a few places in LA that make actu0ally good strawberry ice cream). the raspberry sorbet, peppermint(seasonal), and lemon black raspberry yogurt are my usuals. this place loses two stars because 1. its too sweet where halfway into one scoop im getting sick of it and 2.its flavors are not extraordinary to me
