| - I am a frequenter of ice cream, and just moved to the Pittsburgh area, so I needed to find "my go to." And I think I just did.
At first, the place seemed a little hard to find, despite the sign out front, because at first glance, it looked more like an antique shop of some sort.
We decided that that was the place, so I walked in to find a counter of a few flavors, thinking okay, okay, not what I wanted, but it's ice cream.
BUT THEN,
The lady told me about their "mix-ins," which is this GIGANTIC chalk board of THE BEST, and sometimes the strangest, toppings from Reese's peanut butter cups to bee pollen, yes, bee pollen, to go in those basic flavors that I thought were all they offered.
The combinations are just endless! And for you health nuts, who happen to somehow be eating ice cream? They also offer soy-based ice cream to mix with that bee pollen.
I got the chocolate dairy-based ice cream with Kit-Kat, cookie-dough, and chocolate syrup mix-ins. And I quickly realized why they named this place Oh! Yeah! It was amazing. For me, I like my ice cream on the melty, almost as if you microwaved it side, and that's exactly what it was! Comparable to a Wendy's Frosty, but better.
And aside from the food, the decor is SO unique and complex - there are seats on the floor & a deer with sunglasses - which is exactly the kind of place I want to be buying my ice cream.
And as far as customer service, the woman was veryyy nice & willing to explain the whole process to me.
The ONLY reason I did not give this place five stars is because I still have so much to experience before it can qualify for full on five star power.
Definitely recommend for any fellow sweet toothers!
