  • I had just plumbing come out to replace my hot water heater. They actually came out as an emergency service and shut off the hot water heater and kept it from leaking all over my floor. The service at first was amazing they were polite, answered my questions I will say it did take a week to get the new hot water heater in which I thought was a little long. When the came back out to install they again were polite and told me exactly what they were doing. It was after they left that had been the issue...I have called three times asking for the tech to call me back to explain why we no longer have water pressure. Twice I was told oh no problem the tech is on an all day emergency call but will call you by the end of the day..never a call....the last time I called I was then told of do you want a service call put in because that would've been a separate issue....REALLY because my water pressure was fine before the new hot water heater went in. Still waiting on the call back....for a month now...would not recommend.
