  • Five of us were recently in the Phoenix/Glendale area for the NCAA Final Four and one night was lucky to stumble across this limo service. Specifically, we met Dawn Garlock in her Escalade parked outside one of the bars and we asked if she could give us a ride back to our place. Mind you, this is after closing down one of the downtown bars at 2 am. Long story short, Dawn was great. On the way home, she made conversation and we told her we are Gonzaga basketball fans. Without hesitation, she made a few turns and pulled up to the Westin Hotel (the team's official hotel) so we could take pictures with the gigantic murals of the players and team logo outside. That was awesome! Since we were hungry at that early morning hour, we navigated her to the Whataburger drive thru and again, she was all about it. Dawn was always flexible, accommodating and cheerful. She interacted with us, gave us some places we needed to check out while in town. Based on our experience with Dawn, we asked if she would be available to take us to the National Championship game in Glendale. We contacted her in the morning and she stopped by our place with a full cooler of water, ice, and beer. We drank and partied all the way up to Glendale. Dawn dropped us off as close to the arena as possible and even picked us up when we were done partying after the game. Just amazing customer service. I would recommend her specifically. You will not be disappointed.
