  • I have purchased two cars here over the last 4 years, first a 2014 Soul, which I traded in for a 2017 Niro. I love both cars, but I will trade the Niro in the second Kia comes out with a hybrid Soul. With one exception, I have always brought both cars back here to be maintained (which, considering the number of miles I drive in a year, is fairly often). The service staff knows me by name and I always get excellent service. The sales staff (specifically Eric and Damon) always spoil whatever child I have with me with attention and treats, and the newly renovated waiting area is always clean and comfortable. When I was t-boned in the Soul in early 2017, I called my regular service advisor, Will, for advice. He called to check up on me and checked over the repair work that was done the next time I brought the car in for service. I would recommend Bill Doraty to anyone in the market for a Kia, they have always been very good to me. I go out of my way to come here despite the fact that I live in Cleveland now.
