rev:text	This place is the worst you can ever move into read reviews first i wish i i would have done that i regret moving here. They keep changing management cause they are horrible. They need alot of work done here its never quiet ever. You can hear everything around you through you nexted door neighbors apartments as well and outside. Every morning the landscapers at my window at the crack of dawn for hours straight blowing my rocks . Then when you go out side its still very dirty leafs dirt trash ect outside such as dog shit everywhere near your door and i dont own a animal. I hear the neighbors day and night parting late having kids out at the pool every single night. They are drinking smoking not safe for children to be around. I wouldnt allow my kids out nor would i ever stay out late and dis respect other & not obeying the rules they should have consequences for doing so. My lease is about over in a few months . They require a 60 day written letter for leaving . Its way to expensive here i pay 1300 only for rent they require you to get rental insurance before move in with a company thats not cheap. They give you broken apliences that are out dated from before i was born . Its disgusting here my two restrooms have mold in the toliets coming out from where the water refils i have to bleach and sanitize them daily so my place wont smell bad my showers have mold also before i moved in they painted over all the dirt looked like it was nice but its a disaster here . My cabinet are not on correct they dont close my sinks are always clogging same with shower i have to maintain them every otherday . Never clean the pool the parking sucks you have to park on the complete other side of complex. You get one parking per apartment and thats like 10 spots from your apt. The trash men come hella early in the A.M And it sounds like tons of cars smashing into each other. The A/c never works in winter the filters always dirty i let the office know and they dont do anything about it. My heater is broken smells like my place is on fire if i turn it on so cant keep my hime warm for my kids . The office workers so disrespectful. They never notify you when changes come you get stuck paying for their mistakes. Such as holidays come up they close for 2 days and then open after the following and if you didnt pay the rent they carge you crazy late fees. No one knew about them being closed for a few days new years eve and new years . They give you a few hours to pay if not they raise the fees up and keep it coming. They dont have the debit machine anymore since they changed management. They didnt notify the residents about online paying untile after you have tons of late fees they make everything 100times harder . You cant aford the place for one and they want to not try and work put a payment arrangement wont take the rent unless have late fees also. You can blow up the phone they never pick up to assist you. I do not recommend to anyone . Yes they have a bug problem tooo dont forget And never come to treat it. I would give them a negative this place is not what it looks like. . . Cant wait to leave this place stay far away from all these problems i dont think anyone should go through any of the things i have living here . Hear gun shots at night while trying to sleep thats not normal. Worse than living in the ghetto for real .
