  • If I could give no stars I would. I don't know where to begin. This place is HORRIBLE.... soon as you walk in it has a foul odor. Customer service was ok. Sometimes they act funny style. Especially the RUDE white Bitch who is the head manager. She actually needs to be coached on how to operate that place. My boyfriend, 18 month old daughter and I moved in there for exactly 30 days while we waited for our house to be ready. We paid 300.00 a week for this shit hole studio which was totally in bad condition. The minute your bear feet touches the hardwood floor your feet get dirty. The carpet was horrible it was infested with something because my 18 month old broke out with bites on her legs. And myself broke out as well. The toilet leaked and got all over my new pots and pans I had just brought for my new home. And then I noticed roaches in the bathroom and little tics on the bed. So immediately I complained and I was moved to another room for just one night. The white bitch manager calls me while I'm at work and told me they had someone come and spray and they didn't find anything (off course they gonna say that)and demanded that I moved out back to my old room by noon and then they would work on getting me another room. So about 2 or 3 days go by and they get a room for us. Before I said I'll take it I had my boyfriend check it out for our safety. Let me tell you, it was in the Building B where all the crazy shit goes down. My boyfriend looked at the door and it looked like someone tried to break in and immediately that made us wanna stay where we were for safety reasons. I would of moved to another weekly but they were all filled and this one is the only one that was in a OK area. So we are forced to stay in the original room. Luckily we were set to move out within that week. No accommodations no nothing. It's not worth staying here. Stay away please
