  • Pros: Great for families. Nice pool and playground. Apartment has lots of storage and high quality kitchen. Allows pets. Cons: Smokers everywhere. There are no policies in place to allow residents to smoke in certain areas but to give non smokers protected areas (such as at the playground and pool). We are surrounded by smoke at the pool, at the playground, and even on our balcony because of smokers outside. It's terrible and ruins my enjoyment of living here. I would give higher stars if there were designated outdoor smoking spots at various locations or something so I could avoid being surrounded by second hand smoke all the time.
