  • Do not go here. I went in to pick up a warranty replacement on my defective device. I paid the $5 fee associated with the service and the new device I was given was defective itself. That I understand is not their fault considering it's mailed in. But I wanted to walk out with my original device, that was in better shape than the new one and they wouldn't let me because I already paid the fee and there was nothing they could do. They let me walk out of there with a defective device and told me I had to call customer service.
