  • Staff is amazing, and my lashes always look fabulous but customer service on the booking side is awful. Reply's are not consistent, not the most polite and make it very difficult to even want to re-book - left a bad taste in my mouth more than once, unfortunately had to find another studio. I would not recommend them to anyone, it's too bad, because staff and work is great.
