  • I completely agree with another review on this page. They completely have false advertising about trading in your phone from Verizon or others and will give you up to $650 on your bill to cover. It's COMPLETELY false. They somehow finagle and falsify things so you end up getting $127 on a $339 bill because your in store purchases add up to all the amount they will give you for your phone. (They gave me $185 on my IPhone 6 Plus, which is ridiculous) I feel completely fleeced and lied to and very unhappy with this experience.
