  • Please stay away! My friends and I were all double and triple charged for our rooms for the one night we stayed for a friend's wedding. I called to alert the hotel of the first fraudulent charge, was transferred to the accounting manager, Jack, and he unapologetically said it would be refunded to my account and hung up on me. Not one minute later was my account charged AGAIN! I literally watched my account go down. So I called back maybe two minutes after our first conversation and he would not answer his phone. Unbelievable. Even my bank said that this was a sketchy situation (in other words of course) on the hotel's end.
