  • Was delivered a damaged tree, after 5 phone calls they still havent called me back to confirm if they will replace the now dead tree. It arrived halfway brown and the heart of the palm was damaged probably in delivery. They implied i had climbed up the palm and somehow broke it. Not to mention the cricket infestation that came with the trees. They damaged a palo verde while planting it as well, they leaned it over to get it out of the planter box without being careful and completely slammed the tree and scraped it along a wood trellis thats out in my yard, i didnt say anything bcuz i figured the scratched trunk and limbs would recover but i should have known then how careless they are. I would not reccomend doing business with this place. I spent over 2000 and was given a dead tree basically and now getting completely ignored. I should have trusted some of the reviews i read about the shady landscapers working there but the sales lady was really nice and i ignored the reviews. Based on my experience i would say....completely ignore this place and save yourself the dissapointment.
