  • Beautiful Spanish Colonial Hotel, the Royal Palms is a nice place to get away for a few days. Hotel and grounds very well kept for an older hotel. Staff courteous and professional. The room spacious and comfortable, with good AC (very important in Phoenix!). And Hotel close to old town Scottsdale, and nice place with lots of shops and restaurants. Only downside was that T. Cooks, the hotel restaurant, was closed for renovations during our stay; other than that, it was great, and I would definitely recommend it.
