So my husband and I visit Las Vegas once a year about the same time. I thought getting a massage would be a nice way to spend some of our time. So I found a great deal on Groupon which I've used often. MISTAKE. I tried emailing 2 days before we left. The website is black on black, so you can't see what you write without cutting and pasting. When we got to LV, I tried calling. The voice mail is not set up, the message says. I keep calling hoping for a real person to answer. I finally get a text asking to text. Now we have 3 days left of our vacation and we have other things planned and paid for. It took another day and a half to get a response and the only times available were 9pm and that got booked during our email exchange.
I'm very disappointed. I haven't had a bad experience before. I can understand being busy but not responding at all is bad business. If you've gotten a massage, consider yourself lucky. Groupon will hear from me too about this business.
