  • I'm glad they have a vegan ramen option here- but I was unimpressed, as was my boyfriend. Many authentic and delicious ramen noodles are vegan, so it would help if they would provide a vegan wheat noodle option instead of defaulting to the vegan and gluten-free rice noodle option. I love rice noodles, but it's not exactly what I want when I think ramen. The flavors of the broth were meh, too. My boyfriend has had non-vegan ramen there and said it was just ok.
