  • This is the most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever been to. They called me after receiving a referral from my insurance company. First clue was when I asked when could come in. Was told anytime today. When I went in, you couldn't identify the staff from the patients. Spent 10 minutes filling out forms. As soon as the receptionist took the forms she asked for the co-pay. Was taken back by a woman I later found out was Dr. Pettigrew. She never introduced herself. She directed me to an exam room. Next a man came in with my file and asked what I was there for.. Again, never identified himself. According to their website, there is only one doctor. I have no idea who he was. I asked if he even bothered to read my file. Never got an answer. Told him where the pain was and he proceeded to do 3 very painful manipulations. I complained about the pain, but never got an acknowledgement. Said he'd see me in a week. I've cancelled that appointment. I've been going to chiropractors for 15 years and never experienced any treatment like this. They never used ice or hot packs or electrical stimulation.
