Bought my F150 here in 2004 and HAD been bringing it there since until this last experience. Charged me $18 for a tire rotation only I noticed later that the same tire that was missing a hubcap (I'd recently had the time serviced at discount tire) was in the EXACT same position as when I brought it in. I have called 3 times now on 3 different days to speak to the manager but they still have not returned a phone call. I'm starting to question if they did anything at all now. Funny, they have all the time in the world to SELL you a car and take you money.
Too bad Berge, I was in the market for an additional vehicle but I'm going with someone that actually knows what customer service is.
If you want a business with better customer service you can do much better elsewhere.
