  • These guys know their business. Refurbished my Kirby vacuum top to bottom and even polished the metal housing. Literally like brand new. Replaced the cord, bag, bearings, everything. Absolutely overhauled it top to bottom. But they aren't cheap, either. I spent $650 for this service. Hence my 4 star rating. I wouldn't go anywhere else as I want quality work performed on anything I own and these guys are the real deal. Just be prepared to pay a lot if you want your Kirby vacuum to be truly restored to brand new condition. I probably should rate them 5 stars but I cringe at paying such a high price for something as ordinary as a vacuum cleaner. Still, they are the only guys I would take my Kirby vacuum cleaner to as they truly know everything there is to know about them.
