  • I feel bad to give a slightly negative review because the employees I dealt with were very nice. But in my humble opinion the embroidery service is vastly over priced compared to other embroideries I've had done. The most annoying was I showed up after being called to pickup to find that they hadn't completed part of my order simply because they overlooked it. This wasted an hour of my day. I wasn't offered an apology or any sort of way to rectify the annoying situation. I'd look elsewhere for embroidery and use this place if you positively have to.
