GoodFood seemed like a really promising concept and I was very excited to give it a try. I received confirmation by email that my order would be delivered on Monday before 8pm. However, 8pm passes and still no box. I reached out to their customer service and they were unable to tell me where my box was. After waiting another day, I reached out again to their customer service and they finally inform me my box was lost in transit. Unfortunately I relied on receiving the box that week and ended up having to run to the grocery store. For something that was supposed to be convenient and save time, the hassle and headache was definitely not worth it in the end. GoodFood? More like no food..
