rev:text	I'm not big on ice cream because my teeth are super sensitive to cold. But like any normal person I will get a craving every so often. I have had Sweet Republic's ice cream off their truck at various events, and I bought a Groupon many months ago when it was offered. At the time I didn't realize how damn far the retail location is from my house, oops. So I head up there the day before it expires to redeem it and am met with very friendly staff and lots of tempting flavors to choose from. I had heard that the toffee banoffee sundae was where it's at, so I ordered that. It was really really good. They certainly don't skimp on the toppings. There was one, maybe two (?) bananas in my sundae, a ton of amazing toffee pieces (I think you can buy their toffee separately too), and a nice caramel drizzle. It was really decadent so I counted it as a meal replacement for both my breakfast and lunch that day :-/ But I still had Groupon bucks to spend, so I decided to get a pint to go. I picked up the Salted Caramel flavor for my roomie who appreciates all things caramel. It was like 95 degrees out so I informed the staff of my concern getting it 20 miles (surface roads since the majority of the 101S was closed - gah!) back to my home base. They said it would be no problem and packed it up for me in a bag with three bags of ice surrounding it. Very nice! The roomie ended up plowing through the pint in less than two days, he loved it. I would definitely go back some time if it were not so far from the central valley. There's always the truck!
