This office does not even deserve one star. They have no knowledge of proper industry practice for insurance billing and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was forced to pay full price after my office visit even when I have insurance coverage. Because of insurance billing processes not being known Park requested her office staff to request I pay in full out of pocket and contact my insurance to relay how to submit a claim and call them back.
I did just that and relayed the claim form number and that there is an online process to submit a claim. Rebecca in the front office said she doesn't see the form or where to navigate to so she asked me to call back with more information from the insurance company. And, that she is about to close so call back before closing which was in less than 10 minutes. At this point I am beyond frustrated that I'm be forced to do her job. I am out right pissed. All she cared about was going home on time and all the Dr cared about was getting paid. So, I told her that I'm not an insurance expert and this is not the customers job. My issue went on for months and even though an approval for insurance coverage payment was in process Dr Park still made me wait even longer for the payment to be received to obtain a refund. Never going back. If I was given the option to choose a no star rating I would.
