  • Not to get into too much detail, but I was left with a really loud washer after another company did a repair. That other company was rude and difficult the whole way through. They could not figure out their mistake so in the end, they just refused to fix it! I then called Mr. Appliance of West Phoenix because they were certified in SpeedQueen repair. IT ONLY TOOK "CHASE " ABOUT 3 MINUTES TO FIGURE IT OUT!!! He made a simple adjustment to a drain hose connection and voila! ALSO: Making the appointment was smooth, they were here in less than one business day, they gave me a window the night before, then the next day they called within that window and let me know when they were a half hour out. He was super polite and professional. He even wore booties!!! Most of all, he was SMART! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with their household appliances.
