  • Went here for cut and color. Elyse did a great job on the cut and style. She communicated well and seemed to know exactly how to read me and translate my vision into the cut I was hoping for. For my experience with the colorist, it was OK. She was asked to fade in my roots for a chocolate brown to dirty blonde transition (lighter ends already existing), but I believe there was a miscommunication -- she overshot the color, and I ended up walking away with near-black hair all over. It ruined the beautiful (and very expensive) light balayage that I had underneath and wanted to keep. I only took off one star however because the service was overall pretty nice, and I guess my hair is still now an improvement from my crazy roots.
