  • I am still new to Las Vegas and when my silver necklace broke, the ladies where I worked said there is a jewelry store just right across from our building at Town Square called Silver Post; they described it as an "upscale Claire's". I was pleasantly surprised to see that it is a native american and crystal store as well as a jewelry store. The owner Aaron was there when I walked in and he shared the history of the store and very was patient in explaining the different crystals. Trisha the manager is also great as well as Linda. Great customer service all around. They also helped me decide on the best silver chain. Someone walked in asking a question on where to find something in Town Square and they answered the guy without any hint of annoyance and even gave him some other tips about the area - even though he was not buying anything! That's customer service at its best. I will definitely continue patronizing this local, small business. This place is a diamond in the rough.
