I just don't understand.. I see the responses by the communication manager on Yelp when people posted how unhappy they are with Honda. Yet the problem still persists. I drove my cousin to drop off her car due to damage to the side mirror. It shows that there were two orders for it but no parts. She stood there for more than 30mins to find out if her car will be fix or not. And I'm sitting in my car totally confused on where to park if you're not there to get your car service nor to buy a car.. And must sat there for more than 45mins to finally figure it out that they will try their best to get it fix.. Left at 9:50am. Car was done by 10:30am. She requested for them to look at her tires. Everything seem to be ok according to them. But Sunday comes out and her tire is completely flat.. what's the point of addressing these unhappy customers when the next one post another bad review... it just best to fix the department!
