  • I had my wedding here! This place is glorious! So many old, beautiful signs and so much history. I had talked to friends that had visited the museum and seen a lot of pictures and reviews, and decided this was where we would get married. I'm so glad we did! Not only is the Neon Museum super fun and filled with great photo ops, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! When planning our wedding, the staff was very responsive via email. I felt the communication was always open and they were very accommodating. We wanted to pass by before the wedding to get an idea of where we would be walking and performing the ceremony, and the were more than willing to let us come by and take a look before the big day. We dealt mainly with Ian, who was SO nice and helpful and showed us around. The day of the wedding everyone was just as nice, and everything went smoothly until we realized our guests were running late. Once they arrived, we held the ceremony and it looked awesome!! Unfortunately since we were running behind schedule, we couldn't hang out too long afterwards (totally understandable! They had another wedding!), but Ian was very nice and professional, telling us we had to wrap it up but never in a rude or rushed way. I'm so lucky we had our special day at the Neon Museum, it looked fantastic and is just such an amazing spot! And I'm so grateful to the staff for working with us and always being so pleasant. I'd definitely go back for a tour and highly recommend them for a visit or special event!
