  • Normally I hate dealing with phone companies. My husband and I came in expecting a headache. Instead we got a very friendly employee named Jasy. She was helpful and answered all of our questions all while processing our information. She applied discounts we were eligible for and got us the best price possible. We left with 2 cool new phones and a smile on our faces. Update: I originally gave sprint a good review and boy am I eating my words. My husband and I qualified for certain discounts and they weren't applied to out first bill, when we called and asked about it, they said we would be refunded in the next bill. Well, we just got the next bill and no refund was there and no discount was added, when we called to inquire once again, we were told out discount was never added and we have to reapply for it. I am so angry that we are moving to Verizon. I am livid.
