| - I agree with other comments that the place is in a narrow alley, the office is a mess, under 5 feet of paperwork (just kidding, but holy toledo), and could be hard to find.
I received excellent service. The guy who answers the phone is intelligent, knowledgeable about cars, not arrogant, is bi-lingual and has a great sense of humor. Ian the mechanic knows cars, and loves them. I have a 2003 Prius. (Not that many of them in NE Ohio.) I told him what was happening, and he noted the battery needed to be replaced. He also noted two worn tires and the funny size I have on my car. He took care of both without issue or delay. He cleared the codes and confirmed no codes were triggering. My Map system dvd was not working and he reinstalled it and my maps are now working fine. The charges seemed reasonable. I did not in any way feel that I was being sold a bill of goods. They treated me like a knowledgeable car owner and I appreciate it. They called me with updates to the repairs (since some of them were "unknown - other than computer codes that were going off).
I had already had my car to a car dealership in Akron, which was an utterly terrible experience (and they did not know how to install the map software). And also, I called the service manager at a Cleveland dealership to get a read on what might be happening, they never called me back.
Highly recommend Lusty Wrench (despite the drive to Cleveland) but I'm not taking my cars elsewhere!
